This year's conference theme Exploring New Horizons in Supportive and Palliative Care seeks to consider burgeoning concepts and models of care that will inform our palliative care practice into the future. As always, this conference will bring together a range of guest speakers to engage with the audience on a variety of interesting and inspiring topics such as compassionate communities; supportive models of care; palliative care for malignant and non-malignant illness; reflective practice; and much more.
