The research higher degree and beyond: giving a great conference presentation

This session, presented by Professor of Education Dr Michael Anderson will focus on describing how research can be structured into a compelling and engaging conference presentation. The interactive workshop will consider issues of content, audience and presentation in the development and delivery of research evidence. Participants are asked to bring some content that can be shaped into a research presentation.
Dr Michael Anderson is Professor of Education in the Faculty of Education and Social Work at The University of Sydney. His research and teaching concentrates the role that creativity, the arts (particularly drama) and play have on learning. This work has evolved into a program of research and publication that engages with arts classrooms directly. His recent publications explore how aesthetic education and research is changing in the 21st century.
