SWTCRC Infrastructure Access Fund
To support cancer research in western Sydney, the SWTCRC has funding available to contribute to the cost of accessing or utilizing a wide range of specialized infrastructure necessary to deliver high quality research. This initiative aims to enable access to infrastructure thereby supporting both the research project and the infrastructure facilities or services.
The fund is not designed to fund personnel or other direct research costs, so should only be applied for if the project has funding to complete the other necessary aspects of the project.
Applications can be submitted at any time and will be reviewed as they are received. Once all available funding has been committed we will close the fund to new applications.
Please see the attached guidelines, application form and information about some of the facilities available through WIMR Scientific Platforms, The Westmead Research Hub or the University of Sydney Core Facilities. Note, applications do not need to limit themselves to these suggested facilities but we encourage local facility use where appropriate.
